For any other treatments plan, if you are not getting any improvements, betterment or results cannot claim for money back as per (Section A/3-5) & (Section C/5). Our efforts are aimed to improve, nourish & optimize your body & health.

All treatments plan are conducted under the supervision of highly experienced doctors, registered under MINISTRY OF AYUSH Govt. of India. For better results obtaining, our experts consultation via email or WhatsApp are FREE for entire program duration.

In case after completion of course with following all guidelines, you did not get any results as said in (Section A-11) you are eligible for money back claim.

Dr Chaudhary's Ayurveda & Tapasvi Ayurveda India has no branches except Gurgaon (Haryana). Taking product or services from unauthorized & illegal source are solely user's responsibility & we are not liable for any such cases.

Our team does all possible efforts to obtain better results for your treatments. But you are also responsible for your health in terms of following diet & lifestyle guidance. Failure of following our guidelines will neglect the guarantee terms. Always share your daily diet & lifestyle habits. In case of changing your diet, lifestyle, medications etc. Do notify us.

Mentioned everything about you in pre-consultation form so that we can overview & analyze the right information only. Before starting the treatments, please get verified/attested your related lab reports, weight by us & with your local qualified doctors i.e BAMS, MBBS, BHMS, BSMS, BUMS. In case of money back claim, please produce these documents.

All the ordered item(s) will be shipped through Speed Domestic Courier services within India/ any international courier company within 5-8 working days after getting confirmation for your order, consultation form & processing. You will get tracking no. immediately after custom preparation which is estimated 6-8 working days. So that you can also have the actual status of the shipment.

The delivery can be made after 5-7 working days from the date of shipment dispatched. It may get delayed depending upon the regulations of clearing agencies at local and destination country. We cannot be liable for such delay as we do not have control over the carrier, customs and regulators once we dispatch the parcel. We shall do our best in following up with carrier or local customs.

Shipping outside INDIA is via any international courier services, which usually takes 10 to 20 days to reach your country and clear customs. From there your local postal system finishes the delivery. We cannot ship to France, Germany, Greece and Mexico, as those countries do not allow shipments of herbal preparations from a company. (You can mail your order to a friend within INDIA who can forward your order as a personal gift.) Spain does not allow food items to be imported. We are not responsible for determining if our products can be shipped to your country.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are always the responsibility of the recipient. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

The products and services described on this page or website, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

You can return any products to us in its original packaging or in its original condition within a week to Dr Chaudhary's Ayurveda (Tapasvi Ayurveda India). Just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. We will refund to you the actual cost of the returned item, less shipping costs & taxes. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our company.

Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. Depending on the value of the item and the payment option used to pay for the order in the first place, we will do the refunds.

Customers who are found to be in bad standing due to fraudulent activity or due to excessive refund requests and other such behavior will be deemed as a breach of the Terms & Conditions and will not be eligible for any refund.

All products are eligible for refund in sealed & original condition except custom made herbs (treatment plans) in case of receiving damaged, not getting satisfactory results or by any term you don't like them.

Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country. In some countries, 3-4 % taxes are charged on delivery, which is rare but possible. There will be no Refund of shipping costs especially if the product is rejected and returned by customs or because of a failed delivery attempt and the package is returned. We will refund 50% of the actual cost and deduct shipping and handling charges which are minimum $30.00 (for all countries) for small packages. We will refund this after getting our product through a reliable courier. We can also provide the coupon of same value, so that you can buy any other product of the same value plus shipping.

We initiate the refund process immediately & refund will be credited to user's source account in 8-12 working days, depends on banking hours, working hours etc.

Refund is the subject of realization of user's concerns & authentication by www.drchaudharyayurveda.com (Tapasvi Ayurveda India).

In case you receive wrong products:

Do not worry, if upon delivery of the product, you find that the product received is incorrect, you can notify our Customer Care team on +91 7838070808 or care@drchaudharyayurveda.com (on the same day of delivery/after 48 hours the claim complaint would be void), we will send a replacement product, depending on your preference after necessary verification. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with received products.

In case of damaged products:

Do not worry, if upon delivery of the product, you discover that you have received damaged product/s(on the same day of delivery/after 48 hours the claim complaint would be void), notify our Customer Care team at +91 7838070808 or drop an email to care@drchaudharyayurveda.com. We will send a replacement of product, depending on your preference. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the damaged or defective products.

Order Cancellation:

We refund the actual cost of your order amount when order cancellation request is received within 24 hours of payment, after deduction of payment processing fee, consultation fee, involvement of our team working hours (will be charged on hourly basis). We won't be able to process the refund request after 24 hours of order or when the order processing/customization of treatment begin.

Otherwise as per our company policy & involvement of custom healthcare parameters, there is no refund after the time limit of order or after the order processing has already started.
